The Summer School of Urban Planning was organized by the Association of town planners of Serbia in cooperation with RGZ and supported by GIZ / AMBERO project “Strengthening of local land management in Serbia ” in Bijeljina, in the Republic of Srpska from the 31st of May to the 1st of June 2018,. The theme of the Summer School of Urban Planning was the New Law on Planning and Construction – What are the implications? Development Corridors of Serbia and Southeast Europe and Geo Serbia – Urban land readjustment.Summer school is traditionally visited by town and spatial planners and surveyors from the region. This year, 180 experts from Bosnia and Hercegovina (the Republic of Srpska), Serbia and Croatia took part. At the gathering, Dr. Ratka Colic presented the first steps in the development of the Strategy for Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development in the Republic of Serbia.
